As a digital designer, my work bridges creativity and technology to craft compelling and functional digital experiences. With a deep understanding of user-centric design, I specialize in creating visually stunning websites, interactive platforms, and branding assets that not only captivate but also engage audiences.
Join us in celebrating 40 years of Kelsey—
a woman who somehow embodies every opposite in the best way.
To know her is to love her: hilarious and wildly inappropriate, bougie and a little trashy, deeply kind and just scary enough to keep things interesting.

BORN & EARLY CHILDHOOD
LOGAN UTAH
Born in Logan Regional Hospital as the final chapter in Dave and Peggy Everton’s trio, Kelsey arrived almost ten years behind her siblings—unexpected, adored, and destined to stand out. From the halls of Adams Elementary to the first moments she touched a soccer ball, her path toward a decorated athletic story quietly began.

A YEAR OF GREATNESS
SAN DIMAS, CALIFORNIA
After her early years in Logan, Kelsey’s story unfolded in sunny San Dimas, California—where her imagination and confidence began to run the show. In a move only Kels could pull off, she borrowed (permanently) Jessi’s porcelain doll and proudly told her friends she had a baby sister who “just slept all the time.” Between the tall tales and everyday adventures, she added dance to her growing list of competitive skills and doubled down on her desire for braces by secretly wearing Jessi’s used retainer like it was the height of orthodontic fashion. But her boldest moment came during the school holiday program, where she climbed onto her dad’s lap and shocked both him and the entire audience by belting out the famously risky classic “Santa Baby.” Dave barely survived the public embarrassment. Kelsey, however, walked away with a legendary childhood moment and a reputation for fearless stage presence.

JUNIOR HIGH
HIGHLANDS RANCH, COLORADO
Kelsey’s next chapter unfolded in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, where soccer remained the heartbeat of her world and her competitive spirit only sharpened. Somewhere between practices and school dances, she decided to take up voice lessons—a noble pursuit, though her teacher may still be recovering. With full confidence and absolutely zero concern for pitch, Kels belted every song with the kind of energy that was impossible to rein in and even harder to ignore. It was here, at Highlands Ranch Middle School, that some of her deepest, most enduring friendships were forged—bonds that carried her through high school, into college, and all the way to today. Colorado became the backdrop for a season of big personality, loyal friends, unstoppable athletic drive, and the earliest hints of the fierce, funny, unforgettable woman she’d become.

THE HIGH SCHOOL ERA
MEDINA, OHIO
High school brought Kelsey to Medina, Ohio, after Dave’s job relocated the family. It was a tough transition—especially when the local soccer culture didn’t quite recognize the star they’d just inherited. Instead of the spotlight she was used to, Kels found herself placed on the JV-B team… not once, but twice. And the second time didn’t even come with a proper jersey—just a bench spot and a T-shirt masquerading as a uniform. Rather than let it crush her spirit, Kelsey reinvented herself the way only she could. She hung up her soccer boots and became the varsity boys’ soccer statistician—and lettered in it, proving she could shine anywhere she chose. Off the field, she drove a temperamental Neon that overheated regularly, worked at the tanning salon where every shift came with a story, and continued collecting the important friendships that would stay with her for years to come. Medina became a chapter of grit, humor, reinvention, and the early evidence that Kelsey could turn absolutely anything—even JV-B, even a dying Neon—into something memorable.

SOME MIGHT CALL IT COLLEGE
OREM, UTAH
When high school ended, Kelsey could have stayed in Ohio, stayed close to the familiar, and gone to college with the friends she’d grown up with. But in true Kels fashion, she chose a different path—moving back near her siblings in Utah and enrolling at Utah Valley University. It was a bold reset, the kind of move that shaped everything that came next. College Kelsey was unforgettable. A wild, hilarious, life-of-the-party roommate who somehow managed to be both deeply caring and absolutely chaotic at the same time. She studied Behavioral Science, spent her days working at NES with adults with special needs, and lived in an orbit of constant energy, emotion, late-night stories, and friendships that felt like family. And then she met Cory. From the moment their lives collided, everything shifted—especially his carefully planned life trajectory, which she joyfully unraveled and rewrote without hesitation. It may have also altered her own commitment to attending her classes, since she often chose to show up to his instead—sometimes after a quick text, sometimes completely unannounced, always completely herself. They dated for two years before the real shock came: Dave and Peggy agreeing to let Cory marry their youngest daughter—something that still feels like a minor miracle in the family record. Yet on March 10, 2007, two young, naive, in-love kids stood together and promised to build a life—armed with very little, stubbornness, and absolutely no idea what they were doing. But they did it anyway. And it became the start of everything.

PRESENT
LIFE SINCE
HIGHLAND, UTAH
The early years of marriage were a whirlwind of ambition, late-night homework, and growing into adulthood together. Cory was attending art school while working as a Junior Designer at APX Alarm, and Kelsey was building the beginnings of the family she had always been meant to lead. Her purpose became unmistakably clear on May 9, 2009, when their first daughter, Harlee, was born—revealing in an instant what so many people now know about her: Kelsey was born to be a mother, and one of the greatest this world will ever know. She carried it with a natural grace and devotion that made everyone around her feel it. Their second daughter, Kostyn, arrived next, ushering in one of the biggest changes of their young marriage: a move to the Bay Area. Settling in Walnut Creek while Cory worked across the bridge in the city, life became a blur of commutes, demands, and travel. Yet somehow, Kelsey remained the steady center of it all—running the home, raising the girls, and continuing to be a light and true friend everywhere she went. Their third daughter, Sky, was born in California, completing a trio of girls and further proving that Kelsey was a quiet warrior—strong, steady, and deeply rooted in love. After years in the Bay, the family moved back to Utah in 2015, landing in Highland. And in 2018, they welcomed their youngest, Jet, their long-awaited boy—though some still question whether Cory had anything to do with that one. Nearly 18 years have passed. Four kids, countless memories, several moves, and a life built brick by brick with humor, grit, and unstoppable love. Kelsey could fill an arena with people who feel like she is their best friend—because she makes people feel seen, safe, and important. Cory and the kids adore her, cherish her, and know without hesitation that she is the greatest gift in their world. And now, with just a small circle gathered to celebrate her 40 years on this tiny dot we call Earth, we get to honor the extraordinary woman she is—the heart of her home, the soul of her friendships, and the irreplaceable center of a life well lived.
